Setting up

1. Open Digital Advisors News Ticker from your Shopify admin.
2. Select Open in theme editor next to News ticker. It opens ready to turn on.
3. Choose your blog, extra headlines, display, style and pages, then save.

Common questions

The ticker isn't showing. Check it's turned on in the theme editor's App embeds, that your blog has published posts or you've added extra headlines, and that the current page type is switched on in its settings.

A scheduled ticker isn't showing. Start and end times use your store's time zone, written as year-month-day and 24-hour time, for example 2026-11-01 09:00.

I upgraded but the Pro tickers are missing. Open the app from your Shopify admin once after upgrading. It confirms your plan and unlocks the Pro tickers.
